ElevateQA (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle your information when you use elevateqa.net, submit the Hire Talent form, or contact us.
What we collect
- Hire Talent form details you choose to provide: role title/seniority, years of experience, tech stack, responsibilities, engagement type, timezone/overlap, start date, duration, weekly hours, budget (hourly/monthly + currency), goals/blockers, company info, and contact details (name, email, optional phone).
- Contact messages if you email us or book a call.
- Basic technical data for security and reliability: IP address, device/browser, referrer, pages viewed, and error logs.
How we use your data
- Evaluate your request and provide candidates, proposals, or services.
- Communicate with you (e.g., confirmations, follow-ups).
- Operate, secure, and improve the site (fraud/abuse prevention, debugging).
- Marketing only if you explicitly opt in. No automated decision-making.
Where your data goes (processors)
We don’t sell your data. We use a few trusted providers strictly to run the service:
- Hosting/CDN (e.g., Vercel) to serve the site.
- Email delivery (Resend) to send form submissions and notifications.
- Email inbox (e.g., Google Workspace) to receive your replies.
- Scheduling (e.g., Cal.com) if you book a call.
- Anti-spam/rate-limiting measures on forms/logs.
These providers process data on our instructions and under appropriate agreements.
Cookies & analytics
We do not use marketing cookies. If we add analytics (e.g., a privacy-friendly tool or Google Analytics), we’ll update this page and, if required, show a cookie banner with choices.
Lawful basis (GDPR)
- Contract / pre-contract — responding to your request and providing proposals.
- Legitimate interests — site security, service reliability, basic measurement.
- Consent — optional marketing or non-essential cookies (if ever used).
Data retention
We keep contact and project details only as long as needed to work with you and for legal/accounting purposes. If you’re not a customer, we aim to delete or anonymize lead data within 24 months of last interaction. You can ask us to delete earlier — see “Your rights”.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to request data portability. To use these rights, contact contact@elevateqa.net. We will respond within a reasonable time.
International transfers

Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is 100% secure — only share what’s necessary.
Children
Our site and services are not directed to children under 16.
